Our goal
We aim to make RIC Development Botswana’s website usable for visitors with different devices, abilities and assistive technologies.
Design considerations
We work toward readable text, keyboard navigation, descriptive links, alternative text for meaningful images, and responsive layouts.
Known limitations
Some legacy content, documents or third-party components may not yet meet every accessibility expectation. We welcome reports of barriers.
Request assistance
If you cannot access a page, document or online form, contact us through our Contact page and describe the page and the assistance you need.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We will review reported issues and prioritise practical improvements.
